Contact form: full name, email, optionally phone and company name, message content.
Technical data: IP address (kept temporarily only for spam protection), browser information.

The site does not use advertising trackers. Any analytics tools are activated only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

To respond to your contact request.
To meet legal obligations (retention of business correspondence).
To ensure site security (protection against abuse).

4. Retention

Contact form data is kept for 3 years after the last contact (in accordance with French Civil Code, art. 2224). Technical data (server logs) — 30 days.

OVH (ovh.com) — provider of the mailbox (Zimbra) that receives contact-form messages. OVH processes data on European infrastructure and is GDPR-compliant.
Vercel (vercel.com) — site hosting. Vercel processes European data on European infrastructure and is GDPR-compliant.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

rectify it if it is inaccurate,
erase it ("right to be forgotten"),
restrict processing,
data portability,
object to processing,
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CNIL in France or UODO in Poland).
